G. Edwin Taylor

"My work is a study of the psychology of fear.
I create mirrors held up to societal taboos, seducing the viewer to confront the dark side of human nature.  Through the angles of their reflections, I summon forth visions of sex, death and the demons of madness, forcing the spectator into a confrontation with the primal dread of the unknown.
Ask yourself this: "How does my experience of reality change when I view one of these pieces?"
I have gazed into the beautiful face of America's immoral terror and embraced it.
Now, it's your turn."
