Digital Aural Synthesis, Ltd., or DAS (German for "that"), is an experiment in music, not a band. The members view themselves as a collective and maintain strict anonymity. As one member states: "DAS is always in flux. Some musicians contribute to one song, some more than that. There is no permanent lineup"

Given the evolving nature of the project, it's no surprise that DAS has chosen to record under the underground Stabracadabra label. "Where others wanted us to solidify a list of contributing band members, Stabracadabra was the only label that was truly enthusiastic about our ever-changing nature and sound." Beyond that, very little is known about DAS.
